This week I had the pleasure of chatting with Dr Kristen Fuller, and we continued our dive into the complexities of female friendship. Her medical background helped us to better understand the why’s and how’s of our hardwiring, our intrinsic need for connection. Dr. Fuller also detailed the importance of boundaries in order to preserve and honor our place in our journey, and the growth we make at out our individual pace

Not only is she a physician, but she holds the title of Medical Content Developer, specializing in mental health, addiction, and primary care. Her writing is vast and various from eating disorders, to friendships, depression and anxiety, nutrition and self care.
