Episode 6: Creating Networks of Support for ADHD with Life Coach Lynda Hoffman

This week I sat down with registered life coach Lynda Hoffman. Her approachability and professionalism stems from years of experience working with clients with ADHD. We chatted about the importance of creating networks of support in order to best establish strategies for productivity, re-frame self limiting beliefs, and create positive mindsets. Married with two children, both diagnosed with ADHD, allows her to work not only from a knowledgeable viewpoint, but from an understanding and empathic one. As a, and I quote, ‘political junkie who is also a passionate human rights activist'. Getting to know and work with Lynda was an absolute pleasure, and I know you will feel the same.
